Orders and Shipping
At Junior, we accept Visa, money transfer, and Cash on Delivery as payment options. Please note that delivery charges will be incurred by you.
To create an account at Junior, please follow these simple steps:
- Click on “My Account” located on the top right-hand corner of the homepage.
- Select “Register” and enter your valid email address.
- Follow the prompts to set up your account and create a password.
- Once you have completed the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Click on the confirmation link in the email to verify your account.
- You can now log in to your new Junior account and start shopping.

Updating your account details on Junior is simple. Just log into your Junior account, and click on “My Details” or “Shipping Addresses”. From there, you can easily update your information and then click on “Save” to confirm the changes.

To view your purchase history on Junior, simply Sign In to your Junior account and click on “My Orders”. From there, you will be able to see all the lovely items you have bought in the past.
In accordance with our policy, the sale price of our products includes the Value Added Tax (VAT).
At present, Junior Brand offers delivery to cities and villages in Jerusalem, the West Bank, and Arab 48 regions.
How do Gift Certificates work?
Wanting to buy a gift but can’t decide on what to buy? A Gift Certificate is the perfect solution. Simply follow the link below and enter the required details. Once purchased, the gift certificate will be sent automatically as an email to the recipient or if you want, you can get the gift certificate sent to your email and can then forward it to the recipient. If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final and no refund will be issued. Our return policy is only for exchange (replacing one product with another) within 7 days of receipt of shipment / purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.Shipping costs are non-refundable.
